IMPORTANT NOTICE How do I claim outstanding points? If you have purchased from 24Electric before the 26th July 2010 and have not yet claimed your points, it is still possible once your transaction is complete and you have taken delivery of your purchase. Visit Maximiles www.maximiles.co.uk/, log in and select 'My account'. From there you can submit a query to Maximiles. Please include as much information in this submission as possible, including your 24Electric order number, your user name, the transaction value and the number of points you are claiming. How can I see how many ipoints I have? This information isn’t stored on the 24Electric website, you need to go to www.maximiles.co.uk/ and to the My Account section, here you can view details of your account. My ipoints aren’t showing on my account, what should I do? If your points have not been credited to your account, you will need to take the matter up with www.maximiles.co.uk/. You can contact them via their Queries form at www.maximiles.co.uk/claim/post. To help speed up the process please include your 24Electric order number, your user name and the date on which the order was placed. Maximiles will endeavour to deal with your query within 24 hours. |
