Computerised reporting systems ensure fast efficient service from our network of repair agents or resident engineers. Once the fault has been reported you will hear from the engineer within 2 hours to arrange a suitable time with you to repair your product (note: Extended Warranty response time depending on the time of day)
New for Old
If we are unable to repair your appliance because it is deemed beyond economic repair we will replace it like for like.
*Free Accidental Damage
During the first 12 months of your Extended Warranty if you should accidentally damage your purchase from 24Electric.com your Extended Warranty will cover the cost of repair or provide you with a replacement on a like for like basis.
*Free Frozen Food Cover
Did you know that not all household contents insurance policies cover food loss from your freezer? A 24Electric.com Extended Warranty can cover this loss from the purchase date to the expiry date of your Extended Warranty.
Applying is simple
You choose either a 3 or 5 year plan. Highlight the plan you require, the amount you pay will then be added to your basket and you will be issued with a certificate when you receive your goods.
