We list individual product information, where this is available to us, aiding you in making the correct choice of product. We are unable to list full specifications for each item but if you do have queries please contact us before placing your order. Further information is usually provided on the manufacturers web site and a link to the relevant site is offered. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information shown on manufacturers web sites.
Product images are representations of the product and due to either the availability or quality of images may not truly reflect the exact shade or style of the actual product supplied. Please contact us if you have any queries and we will do our best to provide further information.
Where errors have occurred on our web site we will correct these as soon as practical after notification.
Delivery information
All of our deliveries are made direct from the manufacturer or their fulfilment partner. The delivery time shown on the site for each item is approximate and based on their stockholding at the close of business on the previous working day. Due to the volume of orders they process we are unable to provide more accurate delivery times.
We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays that the manufacturer makes us aware of. You will then be able to decide whether to proceed with your order, we will provide a full, no quibble refund if you do wish to cancel.
Where we are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control or where extra costs would be incurred to deliver the product, we will offer a full no quibble refund. We cannot be held responsible for consequential losses resulting from failure to deliver.
Prices
All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right, in the event of a pricing error, to make adjustments to the product price whether or not an order confirmation has been issued. We will always offer you the option of a complete refund or alternative product if available.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Maestro via our secure payment provider Barclays ePDQ or on our Buy Now Pay Later credit scheme provided by Creation Consumer Finance Limited.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
As all of our orders come direct from the manufacturer and orders have to be placed with them, your order will only be placed once we have received payment (usually 24 hours for credit/debit cards) or signed Buy Now Pay Later documentation with proof of identification.
Order Methods
Order are only accepted via the Internet a telephone number is provided for enquiries and customer support only. This helps us to keep costs to a minimum and therefore maintain the cheapest possible prices for you.
Documentation
All customers placing an order will be provided with order confirmations and invoices electronically. This allows us to keep our product prices as low as possible. Please contact us if you suspect your documentation to be incorrect and we will rectify it.
Availability
All products supplied by 24Electric.com are delivered direct from the manufacturer. In the unlikely event of an item you have ordered not being in stock, we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to the same account and we will notify you at the email address registered by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Your credit card details are verified by Barclays ePDQ secure gateway. This means that we at 24Electric.com do not see your credit card details at all.
