Cancellation before delivery
You may cancel your order at anytime before delivery and without penalty. A full refund will be made within 30 days of your request to cancel.
Cancellations will only be accepted by emailing Cancellations. You will be notified once your order has been cancelled and any refund due has been made.
Cancellation after delivery
You may cancel your order for any reason upto 7 working days after the day of delivery. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods provided they are in original condition and the manufacturers packaging. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us you will be liable for all return costs.
You must obtain a returns authorisation number by emailing Returns. Full instructions for returning your goods will be provided with the returns number and may be dependant on the product type.
Damaged goods
On receipt of your goods please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days by emailing Damaged Orders. We will then arrange for a replacement, repair or delivery of the missing items. In most cases we will need to arrange for an engineer to inspect the goods at the place of delivery before replacement or repair can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Faulty Goods
If your goods develop a fault within the manufacturer guarantee period please contact us by emailing Faulty Products to arrange return and/or inspection.
