Delivery times:
"In Stock" products are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days of placing your order via our selected courier, Business Post. All of our Large Appliance deliveries are made direct from the manufacturer or their fulfilment partner. The delivery time shown on the site for each item is approximate and based on their stockholding at the close of business on the previous working day. Due to the volume of orders they process we are unable to provide more accurate delivery times.

We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays that the manufacturer makes us aware of. If you wish to cancel your order at this time, we will provide a full, no quibble refund.
Delivery charges and area:
FREE delivery is offered on all products throughout our site, Monday to Friday, for UK Mainland Addresses only*. If you have specialist delivery requirements (e.g. narrow road access, flights of stairs to negotiate) please contact us before placing your order so we can make sure we are able to deliver.
*Flamerite fires will incurr an extra delivery charge in certain parts of Scotland please call for a quote.
Saturday delivery is available on some items at an extra charge, this option will appear at the checkout stage of ordering if applicable to your order.
Delivery address:
Your invoice address must match that of your credit card statement if paying by credit card. This will also be your delivery address unless paying by Visa or Mastercard in which case you can enter an alternate delivery address if you wish. Orders with alternate delivery addresses may be subject to further security checks to prevent fraud.
Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for, please check for damage at the time of delivery as this will speed replacement or repair. Please retain all packaging in case you need to return your order.
